Advanced mode has been added to the Soracom Support Bot. Previously, the Support Bot generated answers based solely on Soracom documentation. With Advanced mode, the Support Bot can also reference your account data using the Soracom API, enabling it to answer questions specific to your account, such as those regarding IoT SIMs, groups, and other resources.

You can enable Advanced mode with a single toggle in the chat input area when starting a new chat in the Soracom User Console. In Advanced mode, the Support Bot makes read-only requests under the user's permissions. This ensures it only accesses resources the user is permitted to read.
