Important changes to SORACOM Onyx LTE USB Dongle support
We would like to inform customers of a change to our support policy for the SORACOM Onyx LTE USB Dongle.
Beginning April 1, 2023, Soracom will no longer provide technical support for usage of the Onyx dongle with Windows or with plan-K IoT SIMs, for dongles purchased after this date. However, we will continue to provide support for customers who have already purchased the dongle, and we will also continue providing support when using the dongle with other platforms or other Soracom subscription plans.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you are planning on purchasing the Onyx dongle, we recommend considering using it with a supported subscription plan such as plan-D D-300MB or plan-K2 K2-300MB.
