The Armadillo-IoT Gateway A9E Cat.1 bis+WLAN Model offers approximately three times the CPU processing power of the A6E at the same price point and has obtained JC-STAR ★1 certification. It features the NXP i.MX 8ULP processor (Arm Cortex-A35×2 + Arm Cortex-M33), making it suitable for IoT applications requiring more advanced processing. The A9E is recommended for use cases demanding higher processing capabilities.

The Armadillo-IoT Gateway A6E Cat.1 bis+WLAN Model is a power-efficient IoT gateway designed for a wide range of applications. In addition to standard interfaces such as USB and LAN, it features RS485, contact inputs, and contact outputs, enabling immediate connection to sensors and equipment. As a standard model, it provides a reliable option for customers already using the existing Armadillo A6E series.

Key features

The LTE Wi-Fi Router UD-LTA is a Wi-Fi router with a built-in 4G (LTE) communication module and integrated antennas. It connects to the internet via 4G (LTE) networks, enabling smooth network setup in locations where installation of wired networking is difficult or for temporary deployments such as event venues. Use cases include remote monitoring of industrial equipment, payment devices, backup during outages, and many other applications.

Devices can connect via Wi-Fi or through the LAN port. A switchable LAN port can also function as a WAN port so you can alternate between wired and 4G (LTE) connections. Disconnecting the LAN cable triggers failover to the 4G (LTE) connection, helping deployments stay online during outages. The router also supports VPN protocols such as WireGuard. Pair it with Soracom Arc to keep using Soracom platform services even while the router is connected through a wired connection.

The Wio BG770A v1.0 is a development board equipped with a microcontroller that can be programmed using the Arduino IDE and supports LTE-M and NB-IoT cellular communication.
