OTA update status and retry now available in the User Console
Soracom IoT SIMs utilize OTA (Over-the-Air) updates for remotely adding and managing Subscription Containers and applying SIM configuration changes. With this update, a new OTA updates tab has been added to the IoT SIM details page, allowing you to monitor and manage these updates directly from the Soracom User Console.
From the OTA updates tab, you can:
- View update history: See a list of OTA updates performed for a specific IoT SIM, such as status, start time, and last updated time.
- Check detailed status: See detailed information for a specific update, such as overall campaign status and the number of scripts sent.
- Retry failed updates: Retrigger failed update immediately (if online) or on the next connection (if offline).
This improvement allows you to easily track the progress of OTA updates and quickly take corrective actions from the User Console, reducing the time required to identify and resolve update issues.
