We would like to inform customers that pricing and service terms for some Soracom Air for Cellular subscriptions have been revised, effective December 1, 2025. These updates help ensure the Soracom platform remains reliable and sustainable as IoT use cases and deployments continue to grow and diversify.

Details of the Change

• Date of Change: December 1, 2025
• Affected Subscription Plans: plan01s, plan01s-LDV, plan-NA1, planP1, planX1, planX2, planX3, planX3-EU
• Impact: Measurement of downlink data usage will be revised to include IP headers, UDP headers, and GTP headers, matching the measurement applied to subscriptions launched since May 2023. This will add 36 to 40 bytes to each downlink packet. For more information, refer to Data Usage and Billing Calculations.
